The problem now is the Patient-Caregiver combinations, most patients can't grow quality, distribution is grey AND it againist the law to sell it. Therefore, why Oregon is not receiving any tax benefits like those California do. Or about 10% incl that extra special 1.8% tax that originated, lets say 'offered to Oakland, CA.
I am following California, expecting Oregon, to wake up. Hopefully down the road.. at least for the next year, I will be enjoying California sun...
